ROSAS: The Attic is the result of QUAD’s mass participation film project
Derby Soap Opera involving over 15,000 Derby people
directed by the international artist and Director of Photography Marinella
Senatore. The people of Derby were invited to become
the actors, singers and dancers, stage directors, costume designers, make-up
artists and lighting technicians for Derby Soap Opera, created in QUAD between
February and July 2012. The 40 minute film will tour as part of an
international trilogy, screening in Berlin and Madrid after its premiere at
Festé. The screening will take place in Derby Assembly Rooms, tickets are free
(subject to availability), and available from QUAD Box Office.

This unique show fuses dramatic lighting, acrobatics, technology, live music and art to leave audiences feeling wowed.
